Responsibilities:
*Answering Incoming calls.
*Responding to emails and tickets.
*Manage and resolve clients complaints.
*Setting up an appointment.
*Route calls to appropriate resources.
*Escalate calls to supervisors.
*Monitoring of opening and closing hours of customer service hotlines.
*Updating appointment on a day-to-day basis.
*Outbound for clients cant be reached.
*Updating clients account information.
*Updating tracker for compliance verification status.
*Monitoring and updating reports.
Requirements:
*Fluent English Speakers
* Must be a College Graduate
* Strong analytical and planning skills;
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Excellent problem-solving skills;
* Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
* Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* High-level written and verbal communication skills.
