Job Description:
● Full ticketing and Reservation procedures on Avtra PSS
● Handle all incoming and outgoing calls
● Group Desk duties including ( Umrah - Labour - Domestic groups )
Job Requirements:
• Experience: 1-2 Years.
• English level: Excellent.
• Location: Sheraton-Heliopolis.
• Shifts: Rotational.
