      Job Requirements:
      • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
      • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
      • High level of Communication skills
      • Presentable and has self-confidence.
      • Finds pleasure in fulfilling the expectations of inquirers when serving customers

      Qualification:
      • University Degree in any field.
      • 1-3 years of experience as a call center agent
      • Very good command English and Arabic is a must; any other language is a plus.
      • Very good computer skills (Word, Excel…etc.)
