• Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date.
• Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues, and outcomes.
• Professionally respond to fans medical inquiries regarding products or services
• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

• Working Hours: 12 Working Hours ( 9 AM - 9 PM)
• Work from Home
• Morning or evening  shift
