1- Key responsibilities:
 

  • Develop and implement food safety protocols and standards, including HACCP, to ensure compliance with relevant food safety regulations
  • Conduct regular food safety inspections of the club s F&B operations to ensure that all food is being handled and stored properly
  • Respond to food-related incidents, such as food poisoning, and conduct investigations to determine the cause and implement corrective actions
  • Manage food waste by developing and implementing a food waste management program
  • Collaborate with the QHSE Manager and other stakeholders to establish and maintain a program of continuous improvement in food safety management
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in food safety regulations and ensure compliance with these regulations in all club F&B operations
  • Assist in implementing safety initiatives


 

2- Reporting:

  • Food safety incident reports: documenting any incidents related to food safety that occur within the club s F&B operations
  • Food safety inspection reports: documenting the results of regular food safety inspections of the club s F&B operations
  • Compliance reports: ensuring that the club is meeting all relevant food safety regulations and laws


 

What do you need to perform your role:

 

To perform your job successfully, you need to have the following minimum requirements:

 

  • Education and experience:
  • Bachelor s degree in science, microbiology or related field, or equivalent
  • HACCP Certified or Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus
  • Proven experience as a food safety supervisor or relevant position
  • Skills and knowledge:
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English language
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills
  • Good knowledge of food safety regulations, data analysis and risk assessment
  • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
  • Naturally collaborative and able to quickly build effective working relationships and influence across the organization and with external partners to improve practices
  • Resilient and able to manage competing priorities
