Key Responsibilities :
- Meet and greet branch walk-in customers.
- Guiding walk-in customers with any needed support
- Paying branchs electricity and water bills
- Receiving and delivering any cheques ( Some cheques or reimbursement cheques)
- Handling office administrative work
- Reporting any maintenance needed for premises.
- Receiving and sending daily courier
- Reporting any needed supplies for the office
- Focal point between head office and Alex office for any further coordination needed.
Skills :
- Presentable
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
