Responsibilities:
- Design and develop reports and dashboards to support Senior Management, Branches Management, Products and Segments Heads in tracking performance and aid in their decision making and planning processes
- Monitor Retail Performance in sales, portfolio and other KPIs vs. targets
Analyze data to provide insight on business performance and identify improvement areas
- Design incentives scheme that is aligned with overall Retail Banking goals
- Set scheme rules and guidelines and communicate them with sales channels on regular basis
Reconcile incentives and monitor monthly incentives payment vs. budget
- Set standard objectives for Retail Branches Network functions that are aligned with their job role, Retail Banking goals and Banks performance management guidelines
- Measure staff performance vs. set objectives in mid-year / year-end review
Calibrate overall Performance ratings ensuring alignment with banks rating guidelines
- Minimum years of experience 1-2 in same field
