Job Description

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, , complaints, performance evaluations etc)
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc)
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Assist in sourcing candidates and update our database.
  • Support HR activities related to employee relations and  disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee time and attendance  system to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Generate and analyze attendance reports, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Assist in implementing and enforcing attendance policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and claim resolution

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or related field
  • Basic knowledge of labor law.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
