Job Description
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Document interview results (accepted/rejected/waiting, etc...) for future analysis, as well as all no-show reasons.
- Design and develop job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements.
- Suggest proper media for approaching the right calibers and posting new vacancies over different types of channels to create a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Conduct orientation/onboarding sessions for candidates.
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
- Collaborate with managers for annual manpower plan and plan cost estimate.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Job Requirements
- Preferred have Background Experience in Fashion Retail Recruitment.
- Females Only.
- Experience 2-5 years in Recruitment.
- Bachelors degree in HRM, Business Administration or any relevant degree.
- Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Monster and Indeed.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and other platforms like LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Forsna, Github and Stack Overflow.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills.
- Very good command of spoken and written English.
