Job Description

  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Document interview results (accepted/rejected/waiting, etc...) for future analysis, as well as all no-show reasons.
  • Design and develop job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements.
  • Suggest proper media for approaching the right calibers and posting new vacancies over different types of channels to create a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Conduct orientation/onboarding sessions for candidates.
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
  • Collaborate with managers for annual manpower plan and plan cost estimate.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

Job Requirements

  • Preferred have Background Experience in Fashion Retail Recruitment.
  • Females Only.
  • Experience 2-5 years in Recruitment.
  • Bachelors degree in HRM, Business Administration or any relevant degree.
  • Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Monster and Indeed.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and other platforms like LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Forsna, Github and Stack Overflow.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Very good command of spoken and written English.
