Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting records and ledgers are maintained.
• Monitor and control inventory transactions, reconciling discrepancies and maintaining accuracy.
• Manage financial interactions with suppliers and customers, handling transactions, payments, and inquiries.
• Handle banking activities, including reconciliations, deposits, withdrawals, and bank statement reviews.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, preparing and filing VAT, WHT, and PT returns accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Perform financial analysis, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and other accounting software.
• Previous experience with Odoo System is a must.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and using accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
