Job Description

  • Deals with most of the governmental entities in Egypt in addition to providing general guidance to all activities related to government engagement.
  • Works closely with the Egyptian Ministries and other related organizations to ensure that all required documents are issued on time and are kept up to date.
  • Deals with the Social Insurance and Labor Office to solve any issue or problem concerning employees.
  • Prepares social insurance required documents for staff members and the organization including Form 1, Form 2, and Form 6.
  • Builds direct and strong relationships with governmental departments.
  • Deals with the Ministry of Investment and government agencies in ending the procedures for bringing foreigners.
  • Submits applications for foreign labor work permits at the Investment Authority and the Ministry of Manpower and Security Information.
  • Stays up-to-date and complies with changes in labor legislation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree of Relevant Field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in personnel management (with solid experience in dealing with social insurance offices, foreigners work permits, and employee investigations).
  • HR diploma or certificate is a plus.
  • SAP User is preferred. 
  • Very good command of the English language.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Excellent problem solving and Negotiation skills.
  • Time and stress management skills.
