Job Description

  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc..
  • Develop and maintain a filing system. 
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level.
  • Responsible for all archiving work related to the processes of arranging and keeping documents.
  • Handling additional duties from time to time.
  • Organize, store, and print company documents as needed.
  • Handle queries from managers and employees.
  • Following up with maintenance schedules for the company.

Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelors degree or University graduate
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and Word.
