Job Description
Job Purpose
Building and maintaining relationships with customers & staff. You will need to coordinate and schedule service, spare parts, training operations and site visits, handle customer requests, and prepare basic quotations. To have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to provide help that keeps the customer’s needs at the forefront of every interaction..
- Coordinate and schedule service operations
- Build trust with customers, service staff, regarding any scope of on-site work, including Health & Safety aspects.
- Organize travels and site visits.
- Handle customer requests (phone calls, orders etc.) and prepare simple quotations
- Assist in executing plans, policies and projects.
- Handle Service Customer Satisfaction Survey.
