Job Description:
Tracking and recording employees leave balances and excuses.
Supporting all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and building a strong relationship with them.
Dealing with the Social Insurance and Labor Office to solve any pending issue or problem concerning employees records and files.
Establishing social databases for the entire staff (form 1,6 & 2).
Maintaining personnel files and keeping employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in a timely fashion.
Handling both the hiring and resignation documentation process.
Handling terminations and end of contracts for the existing employees in accordance with labor law.
Preparing necessary documents and contracts.
Staying updated on the latest labor laws, regulations, and best practices in Egypt.
Job Specification:
-Bachelors degree in business or related field.
-Very good knowledge in Egypts labor laws, regulations, and social insurance requirements.
-1 to 2 years of experience in Personnel (Labor law & Social insurance).
-Aptitude in problem-solving.
-High learning agility.
-Residency location near Cairo International Airport.
