Job Description

Dealing with External Suppliers & Vendors.

Upload PO (Purchase Order). After receiving the Requests and Review all contracts with External Companies and deliver companys policy to vendors and suppliers.

Owns strong Database of Suppliers & Vendors.

Coordinate & Manage Companys Events.

Coordinating with other Internal departments to ensure that projects are completed within time constraints.

Ensure all administration and facility staff are completed within the needed SLA.

Liaise between the administration and Companys Employees.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree.

A minimum of 1-2 years of Experience in Purchasing.

SAP User is a Must.

V.Good English Speaker.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional interpersonal abilities.

Superb organizational skills.

Monthly Rotational Shifts.
