- Ensures proper manpower and activities are aligned to support whole Business plan.
- Facilitates the recruitment & selection plans to ensure that the Bank resourcing needs is met.
- Identifies the training needs with the collaboration of the sector heads based on business recommendations and ensure proper implementation
- Partners in Organization redesign and developing banks charts
- Manages the development of functional descriptions for each group, department, etc. and job descriptions for each of the jobs within the organization.
- Oversees the implementation and communication of roles and responsibilities and ensure that all individuals are clear about their roles.
- Implements appropriate HR practices and programs for the retention, motivation and advancement of employees at all levels.
- Facilitates initiatives and experiences that support associate engagement and maximize organizational effectiveness
- Leads associate engagement initiatives by Preparing executive summary materials from the regular associate survey process and leading associate engagement action planning team initiatives within support group
- Identifies, drives the communication and sharing of HR best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement
- Provides guidance, supports and to management and staff regarding HR / Personnel issues.
- Provides follow-up coaching on a consistent basis for performance and development plan reviews
- Provides the proper guidance on performance appraisal process, Goals settings process and coaching to employees.
- Ensures proper implementation of Performance Management System, Monitor and recommend on enhancements of the Performance Management System.
- Oversees the implementation of the performance management cycle to ensure that business objectives are achieved.
- Provides thought leadership and project support for various talent management initiatives and ad hoc projects, as needed, e.g. organization design, performance management, workforce planning, talent development, etc.
- Creates and maintains relationship with the HR centres of excellence to ensure that agreed levels of effective service are delivered
