Job description
Role purpose :
The jobholders main role is to provide high quality, confidential and comprehensive administrative, analytical and PA support as well as continually dealing with changing priorities and deliverables. The incumbent will look after Business Banking and SMEs among other functions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Organizing schedules, maintaining diaries / calendars, arranging travel and accommodation
Co-ordinating activities, events, resources, meetings, services and managing internal and external stakeholders
Supporting administration, composing presentations, drafting reports
Managing external relationships and service providers
Transportation Management for internal and external business trips and all relevant tasks
Managing the different administrative tasks such as: stationary, managing invoices and fusion requests, medical claims…etc
Provide the required support whenever needed (ad-hoc/regular submissions or papers)
Taking meeting minutes.
Adhere to HSBC policies and maintain confidentiality on sensitive activities in the remit area
