Recruitment:

  • Post, source, screen CVs of job vacancies, and interview job applicants up to mid management level; evaluates applicant skills and makes recommendations regarding applicants qualifications for both Cairo & Alexandria offices. 
  • Administers pre- employment tests, conducts reference checks for both Cairo & Alex office
  • Updates monthly head count & recruitment update report and helps to maintain companys organization charts, manpower plans and employee data base on HR system.
  • Explains company HR policies, procedures and benefits to employees or job applicants
  • Process the Amideast on boarding cycle for new hires
  • Assists in the coordination of the new employee orientations for both Cairo & Alex office
  • Maintains training records and materials for all employees
  • Administer the probation period procedures and assist in the kickoff and completion of the performance management cycle, for both Cairo & Alex offices where applicable
    Compensation & Benefits: 
  • Maintains the payroll process & cycle and ensure it is reflected in the payroll to make sure of payroll accuracy. (New hires, resignations, transfers, salary changes... etc.)
  • Handle and follow up the proper implementation of all employees benefits in both offices including medical and life insurance.

HR Operations:

  • Supervise the official completion of employees personal files to ensure full compliance to labor and social insurance law for both Cairo & Alex offices
  • Maintains updated employee records on HRIS, shared points, and complies reports from database as needed for Cairo & Alex offices
  • Implement the employment procedures in relation to the hiring and resignation/termination process, to ensure full compliance with the labor law and organizations policies and procedures for both Cairo & Alex offices
  • Maintain regular follow up on the update, completion and filing of the periodical governmental forms required by the Insurance, Labor and industrial security Offices for both Cairo & Alex offices
  • Contribute in the monthly payroll review through consolidating a monthly report for all payroll variations i.e. new hires/termination/sick leaves/transfer/promotions/variable payments, etc. for Cairo & Alexandria offices
  • Supervise the implementation process of the Time and Attendance policy and procedures to make sure that staff are aligned with Amideast and the Egyptian Labor law attendance regulation for Cairo & Alexandria offices
  • Handle & monitor staff annual and sick leave balances to maintain the full compliance with the Egyptian labor law and Amideast leave policy for Cairo & Alexandria offices
  • Timely preparation of contracts/renewal of contracts for full time, part time, service provider, instructor, trainers, consultants, proctors agreements and Interns to maintain the legal presence of Amideast contractors for Cairo & Alexandria offices
  • Send & receive all HR required periodical reports to finance & HQ for both Cairo & Alexandria offices
  • Prepare HQ personnel forms as per process for both Cairo & Alexandria offices
  • Follow up with of the HR Clerk ON daily work assignments.
  • Prepare periodical employee probation reports for both Cairo & Alexandria offices.
  • Assist the HR manager in any personnel or HR work required and acts professionally on behalf while absence. 
  • Office based job that requires government offices visits and periodical travel to Alexandria office based on business needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in relevant field
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
  • Good supervisory skills
  • Good analytical and attention to details
  • Team player and dynamic
  • Ability to work independently and accept responsibility
  • Good communication and networking skills
  • Very Good command of spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & knowledge of HRIS
  • Essential understanding of all HR functions
  • Good knowledge of the Egyptian Labor Law and the Social Insurance Law

     Preferred:

  • Post Graduate HR studies/ diploma.
  • ERP system knowledge 
  • Minimum TOIEC score of 750 or equivalent
