Job Description
Duties:
- Plans to develop and implement a job analysis for all positions to provide clear and comprehensive statements of each job description.
- Assists HR Supervisor with data gathering/ surveys, employee satisfaction, benefits analysis, and retention initiatives.
- Organizes quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Assists in developing procedures for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting.
- Designs and implements Career Path and employee retention strategies.
- Developing HR policies, procedures, and documents.
- Creates and applies organizational charts, structure, and SOPS modifications.
- Update company manpower monthly.
- Formulate & update employees objectives and KPIs annually.
- Assemble and analyze performance appraisal results quarterly.
- Use workload analysis tools to optimize manpower.
- Develop and update job descriptions through job analysis.
- Develop succession planning tools and ensure effective implementation.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
HR Diploma is a must.
Excellent English speaker.
Excellent user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PP, Visio ...).
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
