Responsibilities
- Lead front office activities (visitors logs, meeting rooms schedule, etc…)
- Supervise couriers, housekeeping, office boys and Janitors.
- Provide the administrative consumables.
- Provide the facility stationaries and monitor their consumptions.
- Manage and ensure car parking benefits are provided to Gediea employees and resolve any related issues
- Manage Geidea KSA visa requests.
- Manage Hubs requests for ADSL connection.
- Manage delegations and of public notary.
- Manage traveling requests for all Geidea employees.
- Process petty cash and invoices for admin function.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience
- Bachelors degree in any major
- Excellent English
