Job Description
- Receiving new hires documents and assist in preparing new hires contracts
- Handling resignations needed documents
- Assist in Preparing personnel variables monthly report that reflecting payroll such as compensation, non-complete working hours, auto sign out, attendance salary deduction, overtime
- Monitoring sick leaves and unpaid leaves
- Preparing form 1 for new hires and form 6 for resigned employees
- Handling the process of signing employees on their contracts and renewals
- Handling all compensation and benefits process.
Job Requirements
- Preferably Males.
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel , word ,power point)
- Excellent Communication skills
- Able to work under stress
