Job Description
- Editing invoices for exhibition clients, receiving collected amounts from clients, and ensuring the correctness of preparing the collected amounts, whether cash or checks.
- Reviewing banknotes and checks and ensuring their integrity, in coordination with the Accounts Department.
- Assisting customers in the electronic purchase process and ensuring the success of operations.
- Approval of invoices with company seals according to the type of invoice, if needed.
- Pricing the products on display inside the exhibition and reserving the products for customers.
- Preparing the reports associated with the job periodically or as needed.
- 7 hours shift from 9:00AM to 4:00PM OR from 4:00PM to 10:00PM
- Medical and Social insurance
- Salary+ Quarterly bonus based on performance.
Job Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor of Commerce and recent graduates are welcome
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Requirement of tact and good appearance
- Good use of the computer and Office programs, especially Excel
- It is preferable to be a resident of places such as (Maadi - Helwan)
- Males only
- Good level of English
- Willing to work in the morning and evening shifts
