Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed, Processed, and updated in the system
  • Assist in hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
  • Respond to employees queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1 – 3Years of Experience in HR
  • HR Diploma is Preferred 
  • Experience in Manufacturing Industry is a preferred.
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Accounting, 
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office 
  • Good knowledge with ERP Systems.
  • Excellent English skills, written and spoken.
  • Ability to execute daily tasks with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • High level of commitment with the ability to work under pressure.
