Internship Description
Assist with Payroll Processing: Support the payroll process by entering employee data, verifying timesheets, calculating wages, and ensuring accuracy in payroll transactions.
-Maintain Personnel Records: Help in organizing and updating employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and other relevant data.
-Conduct Compliance Checks: Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies by auditing employee records and documentation.
-Respond to Employee Inquiries: Provide support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries, such as pay discrepancies, deductions, and tax information.
-Assist in Benefits Administration: Aid in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
-Participate in Recruitment Activities: Support HR personnel in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, screening candidates, and maintaining recruitment records.
-Contribute to HR Projects: Assist in various HR projects, such as performance management initiatives, employee engagement programs, or policy development.
-Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as finance and IT, to ensure seamless coordination in payroll and HR processes.
Internship Requirements
-Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
