Internship Description

Job Description:
 - Assisting with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and initial screenings.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
- Assisting in HR administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring data integrity.
- Participating in employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Supporting HR projects and initiatives, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.
- Assisting with HR communications and maintaining a positive work environment.

The intern will learn:

#Responsibilities:
As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, contacting, and engaging with potential candidates. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing various platforms, including LinkedIn and other social media channels, to identify and connect with potential candidates.
  • Extracting relevant contact information and organizing data efficiently using our tools and technologies.
  • Conducting proactive outreach to candidates to understand their career aspirations, expected salaries, and other pertinent information.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate profiles and records using Microsoft Office Excel or other similar software (ATS).
  • Collaborating closely with our hiring managers and HR team to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn and other social media platforms for sourcing and networking.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with data extraction tools and software.
  • Familiarity in Microsoft Office Excel or similar spreadsheet applications.
  • A passion for finding and attracting top talent and a genuine interest in people.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
