Job Description

 Al Fawzy Dental is seeking a dedicated Recruitment and HR Specialist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional patient care.

Working days:

6 days/ week with one off day 

Additional off day can be negotiated

Working hours: 

7 working hours, flexible shifts ( morning, mid day shifts and evening shifts).

Location:

Dokki with InSite visits to Fifth Installment branch. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts and onboarding new employees
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
  • Support training and development initiatives
  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
  • Assist supervisors in performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Experience with HR databases and system.
  • In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • English language fluent.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus.
