What you will be doing
Accurately book all bank transactions in the accounting system
Follow up with local teams to gather necessary information for transaction booking
Perform daily SOX bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between bank statements and the accounting system
Update and maintain daily accurate bank and system balances
Assist in the preparation of financial reports including balance sheet analysis
Collaborate with the Accounting team to analyze financial data and generate reports
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
Help in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
Perform administrative duties as needed such as filing data entry and document management.
What we are looking for
Degree in Accounting Finance or related field
Good understanding of Accounting principles
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUPs PivotTables formulas)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time effectively
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
