ROLE PROFILE

• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Support in-market approach to social comms, in line with wider company objectives.
• Execute all digital social media and advertising campaigns in market.
• Report and manage any engagements that might interfere with the operations of the company.
• Work closely with the Commercial & Operations teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaign and assess against goals.
• Support Social Media Manager to identify trends and insights and optimize spend based on the insights.
• Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or Mass Communication.
• 2- 4 years of experience in social media and retail industry is a plus.
• Experience in creating and handling campaigns execution and basic editing, reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of designing tools: Photoshop and Illustrator is preferable.
• Daynamic and highly organized person with a strong multitasking skills.
• Excellent level of English.
