What You Will Do
- Welcome new joiners and ensure they receive their induction pack, badges, uniforms, locker keys, access cards, and register their fingerprint.
- Collaborate with the HRSS team to create and share new joiners user and email accounts with their line managers.
- Communicate store policies, procedures, and internal announcements as directed by the store HRBP.
- Respond to employees queries on various HR matters with support from the store HRBP.
- Report work needs, challenges, and recommendations to the HRBP to facilitate decision-making.
- Assist store line managers in understanding and implementing policies and procedures.
- Collect company keys, uniforms, cards, and other property from departing employees.
- Ensure accurate staff schedules are planned and consolidate payroll and leave reports monthly, in coordination with the Staff Planning Specialist.
- Maintain records of attendance, overtime, turnover, sick leaves, recruitment tracker, and other relevant HR metrics.
- Assist with HR-related projects, provide admin support to store management, coordinate travel arrangements, and organize employee engagement activities.

What equips you for the role
- Bachelors degree in business administration is preferred.
