Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including office supplies and equipment servicing.
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Manage office budgets and expenses.
- Coordinate office events and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and visitors.
- Assist in the organization of company events and activities, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration or relevant field preferred.
- Very good skills in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel…etc).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent in English language.
