Job Description
Review the company policies and ensure the employees commitment regarding the policies.
Creates, maintains, and updates personnel files in compliance with the Egyptian Labor
Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including editing the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, and any deductions or compensation.
Conduct payroll audits and balances to ensure accuracy
Responsible for recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and Hiring
Job Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Generalist
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
