Internship Description

HR Administration:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
  • Help with the preparation and processing of HR documents, such as employment contracts, onboarding materials, and payroll data.
  • Support HR team in organizing and executing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Participate in the administration of employee benefits and support routine HR tasks.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and participate in interview sessions as required.
  • Support the HR team in developing effective talent acquisition strategies.

Learning Opportunities:

  • Gain understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Learn about the full recruitment lifecycle and develop skills in candidate screening and evaluation.
  • Exposure to HR software and systems used for managing employee data and recruitment.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives contributing to team objectives.

 

Duration: 4 Month

This internship with intention to get hired. 

Internship Requirements

  •  Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
