Responsibilities:
•Draft and review commercial &contracts cooperation agreements.
•Conduct legal research related to governance, insurance, & other related industries.
•Analyze all legal / regulatory requirement related to insurance.
•Support in liaising / governance entities.
Requirements and skills:
•0-2 years experience.
• Bachelor of Laws, English Department, (GPA 3.0 or good).
•Trainee lawyer at lawyer is bar association.
• Ability to deal with authorities, institutions, interests, courts and public prosecutions.
•Proficiency in dealing with computers.
