Job Description
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Job Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing is a Must.
- Excellent recruitment and hiring skills, including the ability to source and screen candidates Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
- 2-3 years of Experience in recruiting and interviewing candidates blue collar is a must".
- Ability to develop and implement training programs and onboard new hires
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team bachelors degree in human resources or related
- field Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred Proficient reporting skills to produce reports on hiring analyses.
- Males are preferred.
