Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and verify account activity
• Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner
• Handle customer inquiries related to billing and accounts
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate customer data
• Conduct credit assessments for new and existing customers
• Prepare regular reports on account status and collections efforts
