Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Identify, attract, and recruit candidates for various roles from technical, game and creatives, and operational fields in alignment with our company goals and values.
- Develop job descriptions and postings that reflect the unique aspects of each role.
- Manage and enhance recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and partnerships with universities.
- Conduct interviews and manage candidate assessment processes.
- Onboarding:
- Coordinate a welcoming onboarding process for new hires to ensure they integrate smoothly and understand our company culture.
follow up with new candidates once onboard and thier needs until adjust to new job. - Provide training on company policies, values, and job expectations.
- Maintain open lines of communication with new hires to address questions and offer support.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a people-oriented approach.
- Experience in talent acquisition and recruiting for technical IT roles in software and , technical creative positions.
- Familiarity with HR best practices, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Passion for helping build a diverse and inclusive team.
Preferred:
- Experience in the gaming, tech, or education sectors.
- Familiarity with HR software tools and platforms.
- An understanding of recruitment and team-building strategies in the MENA region is a plus.
