Job Requirements

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, or a related field.
  • Human resources diploma is a plus

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing and personnel administration.
  • Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive payroll and personnel data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent Arabic and English verbal and written.
