Job Requirements
Academic and Professional Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, or a related field.
- Human resources diploma is a plus
Experience: - 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing and personnel administration.
- Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Skills and Abilities: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive payroll and personnel data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and external stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Language Proficiency: - Fluent Arabic and English verbal and written.
