Job Requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, resolving issues as needed.
- Assist in developing and implementing human resource policies and procedures.
- Promote HR programs to create a conflict-free and efficient workplace environment.
- Develop and implement KPIs for each department to support performance evaluation.
- Facilitate performance reviews and guide managers in delivering constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and manage HR systems.
- Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about HR trends and best practices to continuously improve processes.
