Ensure effectiveness of monthly Production Review Meeting (MPR) with Manufacturing to review the future production plan and concerned issues
Ensure product availability through Master Production Schedule (MPS) and import arrival plan for domestic sales and dispatch plan for export markets while keeping stock at optimum or agreed level.
Manage exceptional situations, such as exceptional stock allocation, production priorities, production changes, promotion changes, aging stock, etc.
Update Marketing & Sales, receiving market and Customer Service on supply situation and suggest availability of supply and identify bottlenecks for Marketing & Sales awareness.
Solve complex supply problems; provide alternative and get consensus agreement among concerned parties/factories.
Working closely with Manufacturing on capacity planning to serve domestic and export demands to prevent all supply issues.
What Will Make You Successful
Bachelors Degree of Engineering or any relevant field
3+ years of relevant experience
Good analytical skills
Operational experiences especially in FMCG
