YOUR ROLE
Communicate with central planning team and factory teams to receive plans Work on plans to calculate required materials
Transfer purchase requests (PRs) to purchase orders (POs) Send POs to suppliers and follow up
Highlight risks and proposed solutions in a timely manner
React to changes in plans by adjusting POs sent to suppliers
Calculate stock levels and safety stocks for all materials
Coordinate with different entities (Purchasing, Central Planning, plants, suppliers, clearance) to ensure availability of materials
YOUR SKILLS
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any relevant study
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
Fluent English speaker
Proficient user of MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong communication and numerical skills
