Meeting/Event Planning process


Manage all activities related to travel for Amgen Egypt


Manage staff travelling request and ensure complying to travel policy


Accepts responsibility for efficient congress and event workflow and prepares guidelines for the responsibility areas


Ensure activities being registered on systems within set time lines


Ensure all pre-event arrangements in terms of documentation, logistics and execution are fully meet within/before time lines


Manage product launches, internal meetings, cycle meetings,


If required, participates in meetings and congresses on ground


Communicates, interacts and negotiates with external vendors i.e. congress.


Ensure all documents are kept in order and up to policy


Negotiate contracts for best practice deals


Manage 3 biddings for cost effectiveness


Coordinates Budget and Payment Processes


Prepares costs estimate /budgets for relevant event / business for approval process according to the approved budget


Ensures highest quality, optimum cost and on events and congresses in accordance with corporate procedures.
