Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the yearly manpower planning & implementation to attract the best calibers, bring the best practices in interviewing, testing & selection.
Qualifications & Work Experience:
Bachelors degree in any relevant field.
2-4 years of experience in the recruitment field.
HR certificate is preferred.
Excellent command of the English language.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement the manpower plan on time.
Follow/ review the recruitment policies & processes and ensure communication to all line managers
Monthly follow up reports and analysis on the plan implementation status.
Follow up on the Turnover Percentage.
Conduct exit interview and analyze reasons and suggest improvement actions.
Build relationship with recruitment agencies and create different recruitment channels.
