Your Role and Responsibilities


Responsible for passing of RLM opportunities to Business Partners
Select appropriate BP depending on agreed criteria, e.g skills, appetite etc
Follow up with DDR to ensure warm passing involving BP/Client/DDR
Progression of BP assigned RLM opportunities
Feedback on quality of RLM opportunities to DDR Team Leader
Feedback on BP progression/appetite and make recommendations on BP optimization
Feedback on marketing campaign to Digital Marketing Leader
Collaboration with local Systems Channel Leaders (SPRs)


Required Technical and Professional Expertise


Familiar with Systems product portfolio
Understand Route to Market structures
Efficient in building relationship across different functions (Digital, Sales, Marketing)
Strong communication skills
Resourceful, able to find answers to questions without easy answers
Experience working in a matrix structure & has strong influence skills
Self-motivated, capable to spot the gap and design the solution
