Key Responsibilities Of The Position Are
Audit, track, maintain and report out on Denied Party and Sanctions Screening investigations
Analyze and provide objective, actionable feedback based on the trends surfaced, support process improvements and report on emerging trends
Act as point of contact for process and quality related queries
Produce business and stakeholder correspondence as needed
Maintain and develop Sanctions Compliance process subject matter expertise
Liaise with the Operations and other business teams to achieve the compliance, operational and business goals assigned
Build Quality technical requirements
Establish and maintain data integrity of Quality Program data
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience (at least 4 years of quality or data analytics work)
1+ years of Compliance or Quality Audit work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced MS Excel ability (including VBA), ability to efficiently analyze data, and produce professional reports
Experience with QA methodologies and tools including Lean Six Sigma
Two years Quality Auditing Process experience
Demonstrated knowledge of Denied Party Sanctions requirements and experience working with sanctions screening systems or other Compliance fields such as AML
Regulatory and compliance (OFAC/BIS/DOS) experience
Experience utilizing SQL
Experience with Java Script
Advanced analytics background
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Understanding of statistics, e.g. averages, trend, outliers, charting
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to deliver results by influencing team members
Fluency in Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian or Turkish
