Go-To-Market Finance Team
The Go to Market Finance team is responsible for setting the business strategy while assisting in dynamic resource allocation, preparing P&L scenarios optimizing growth and profitability & leading financials for strategic projects.
The Go-to-Market team is seeking a qualified business partner to support the Mashreq finance team and will be based in Cairo, Egypt
Overview of role
Agile business partnering role, responsible for support on providing financials for strategic business decisions, preparing P&L scenarios to optimize growth and profitability, support on business cases for either supply chain, marketing as sales investment decisions, support on improvement performance management.
Role Overall Profile
High level of problem solving skills to a variety of problems, potential risk, and competitor challenges
Position requires high quality innovation and creativity
Long task horizon needed to assess the impact of the decisions for which the role is responsible
High complexity of relationship management
Strong sense of responsibility and proactive mindset
Required Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor degree in business administration, finance or relevant fields
2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial controlling, business partnering, consultancy with a proven track record of responsibility for financial analysis
Demonstrated strong written, presentation, and communications skills in English and ability to synthesize and present information effectively and tailored to different audiences
Excellent business judgment and problem-solving skills to identify issues, present creative, practical solutions, and make and commit to sound decisions, anticipating short and long term implications.
High degree of diplomacy and sensitivity in dealing with different kind of stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
