Responsibilities:
Determines payroll requirements; maintains payroll data; prepares and processes monthly payrolls.
Prepares and reviews budgets, revenue, expenses, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
Analyze and review budgets and expenditures, private funding, review contracts, and grants.
Prepare profit and loss statements, monthly closing, and cost accounting reports.
Analyzes revenue and expenditure trends, recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensures expenditure control.
Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the companys automated financial systems.
Resolve accounting discrepancies.
Establishes, maintains, and coordinates the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
Recommends develops and maintains financial databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting.
Excellent written and spoken English is a MUST.
Minimum of two years experience at one company.
Excellent communication skills.
Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
Computer skills.
Accuracy and attention to details.
Commercial and business awareness
Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints
