Role and functions:
· Increase PALL Food & Beverage orders and sales in specific areas. Take initiatives in Middle-East region and promote our filtration applications
· Provide commercial and technical support to direct customers and distributors
· Visit all Food & Beverage customers (bottled water and soft drink factories, breweries, dairy factories, wine and spirits companies, edible oil, sugar and others).
· Check with SLS special sizing and verify availability, lead times, feasibility, documentation and whether an export license is required, ensuring all rules are followed.
· Having a rationalization approach to the promotion of PALL Products.
· Initiate and handle system projects with the internal team
· Align with the rules daily. Be responsible for paying the customer and the distributor: a sale is made when the goods are delivered and payment is made.
· Ensure that Danahers quality rules and procedures are followed.
· Investigate and support the distributor with new applications and product extensions.
· Establish relationships in a number of different countries.
Qualifications and experience:
· Qualification in engineering / food process would be advantageous but is not essential.
· 2 years of proven experience in industrial sales.
· Need to speak English and Arabic
· Background/experience within the food and beverage industry
· Excellent verbal and written communication in English
· Willing to travel (60%) within north Africa and Middle East (Lebanon, Jordan, KSA, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, UAE, Yeme, Egypt)
· Strong Team spirit
· Ability to understand customer requirements and develop a solution according to their needs.
· Successful candidate needs to be living near to Cairo and easily commutable to Cairo airport
