Job Description
· Forming and maintaining employee records
· Updating databases internally such as sick and maternity leave
· Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents
· Responsible for coordinating all management interviews final interviews and external assessments.
· Track and report all recruiting and hiring processes and follow continuous improvement targets
· Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan including posting the job coordinating all interviews and the job offer in case of acceptance or feedback in case of rejection.
Requirements
· 0-1 Years of Exp.
· IT back ground is preferred
· Fresh Graduates can apply
