About the job

Responsibilities

·       Track attendance and leaves of the Employees and send legal warnings accordingly.

·       Manage the monthly payroll Overtime bonuses taxes transportation and medical & social insurance calculations.

·       Follow-up on each employees annual leave sick leave and send them letters containing remaining balances that comply with the Egyptian labour law.

·       Receiving hiring documents such as employment contracts.

·       Preparing forms for the social insurance.

 

Qualifications

·       Educational Requirements: Bachelor Degree

·       Special Certification or Training Required: N/A

·       Required Industry Experience: 2-4 years of experience 

·       Technological Requirements: Microsoft office suite 

·       Language Requirements: Good command of English
