Main Responsibility:
Collaborate and partner with HR Team and business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose, design and establish meaningful metrics, dashboards and analysis to enable timely, informed decisions
Support Recruitment Process
Responsible for Employee Life Cycle (Offering, Hiring documents, contract & renewals preparation, Social Insurance, Certificates, exit forms,…)
Prepare monthly payroll Variables for insource & outsource employees
Responsible for Time Sheet & Annual Leave Management
Facilitate International Mobility & National Mobility, in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders and responsible for all expats administration (work permit documents preparation, facilities, schooling...)
Responsible for Medical Insurance with collaboration with our Broker
Support Egypt HRBP on implementing and improving all HR actions, while ensuring collaborative and positive Way of Working
Assist and lead when needed various HR projects, audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Research, analyze and present data as assigned and propose proactive solutions, through benchmark when needed
Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.
Contribute on the transversal HR assignments as needed
Provide general reporting and administration support when required
Competencies & Skills:
1-3 Years of Experience in HR Field.
Full comprehension of and commitment to Alstom AIR values: agile, inclusive and responsible
Ability to work both independently with high level of accountability and also in collaboration as part of a team
Curious, analytical person with problem-solving capabilities focusing on continuous improvement of the way of working
Strong communication skills, good listener with emotional intelligence
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word ,..)
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to have a global view
Fluency in English and French is a Plus
